          D-STATCOM參數優化的小水電電能質量分析

          摘要 為了對徑流式小水電出力不確定及其配電網負荷變化等情形帶來的電能質量問題進行綜合治理,分析了小水電接入配電網的運行特性,提出了一種基于電感-電容-電感(LCL)型靜止同步補償裝置(D-STATCOM)的準比例諧振(QPR)分相控制策略.利用頻率特性分析證明了QPR相對比例積分(PI)、比例諧振(PR)控制方法可以實現對各個頻段的無靜差調節,研究了QPR控制器參數對系統穩定性的影響,優化設計了控制器諧振帶系數、比例系數和諧振增益系數等參數.最后,在Matlab/Simulink建立了含有小水電并網系統的仿真模型,同時將本系統與傳統并補裝置下的補償電流諧波進行分析.結果表明:所提控制策略和參數優化不僅能夠快速有效地抑制電壓波動,總畸變抑制率為1.11%,而且能降低并聯補償設備向系統注入的諧波,動態地保證配電網的電能質量,能較好地適應小水電的運行特性.

          Analysis of power quality of small hydropower based on D-STATCOM control parameter optimization

          Abstract In order to comprehensively manage the power quality problems caused by the uncertainties of the output of small hydropower and the changes in the load on the distribution network,a quasi-PR (QPR) phase-splitting control strategy was proposed based on LCL static reactive power compensation device (D-STATCOM).The frequency characteristics analysis proved that the quasi-PR relative to the proportional integral (PI) and proportion resonant (PR) control methods can achieve non-error adjustment in various frequency bands.And the controller's resonance band coefficient,proportional coefficient,and resonance gain coefficient were optimized.Finally,a simulation model containing a small hydropower grid-connected system was established in Matlab/ Simulink.The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy and parameter optimization can not only effectively suppress voltage fluctuations,but also reduce the harmonics injected into the system by the parallel compensation equipment.
