          活塞式流量調節閥空化特性及其壓力脈動響應

          摘要 針對管路系統中活塞式流量調節閥內非定常流動時所產生的空化現象和共振問題,基于Schnerr-Sauer空化模型和標準k-ε湍流模型,進行非定??栈鲌鲇嬎?,以三個典型開度為例分析活塞式流量調節閥空化特性以及壓力脈動的響應.通過對調節閥內部流場仿真模擬及壓力脈動特性分析可知:活塞式流量調節閥防空化能力較強,但在節流處附近容易發生小范圍的空化現象;流道內壓力脈動主要集中于閥后高流速區域,近壁面壓力脈動主要集中在節流處,并且沿流動方向衰減;調節閥在工作過程中壓力脈動主要集中在較低頻率,近壁面壓力脈動頻率集中在20 Hz以內,隨著開度增大壓力脈動閾值與振幅會有所上升.

          Cavitation characteristics and pressure pulsation response of piston type flow control valve

          Abstract Based on Schnerr-Sauer cavitation model and standard k-ε turbulence model,the cavitation characteristics and the response of pressure pulsation of piston type flow control valve were analyzed.Through the simulation of flow field inside the control valve and the analysis of pressure pulsation characteristic,it is concluded that the piston type flow control valve has strong anti-air defense capability,but it is prone to cavitation in a small range near the throttling place.The pressure pulsation in the flow passage is mainly concentrated in the high velocity area behind the valve,while the pressure pulsation near the wall is mainly concentrated in the throttling and attenuates along the flow direction.In the working process of the regulator valve,the pressure pulsation is mainly concentrated in the lower frequency,and the pressure pulsation frequency near the wall is concentrated within 20 Hz.With the increase of the opening degree,the pressure pulsation threshold and amplitude will rise somewhat.
